  2. Picar en trozos medianos el tocino y freir a que queden término medio
  3. Abrir el tocino hacía un extremo para que escurra la grasa y ahí agregar el bistec de puerco y freír.
  4. Abrir el puerco y agregar el bistec de res,freir.
  5. Abrir y agregar la salchichas para asar y freír.
  6. Revolver todo y agregar los pimientos por unos 5 minutos dejar cociendo.
  7. Agregar los champiñones la salsa magui, la salsa inglesa la cerveza y dejar cocer unos 5 minutos.
  8. Poner el queso rallado encima, tapar y bajar la flama para gratinar.
