- Saca os nuestro filete procurando eliminar el exceso de limón y lo coloca os sobre el engrasado del papel aluminio, agregamos la segunda cucharadita de mantequilla sobre el filete.
- Colocaremos sobre el pescado las rodajas de cebolla cambray y al rededor del filete los champiñones, para finalizar un buen chorro de aceite de oliva.
- Doblamos el aluminio hacia arriba para hacer una especie de horno dejando un hueco superior para que salga el vapor y lo colocamos a la plancha por aproximadamente 10 mins.
- Una vez cocido el pescado se sirve acompañado de arroz al ajo o con crema de espinacas
