- Vamos a precalentar el horno a 200°C, mientras, en un sartén ponemos unos chorritos de aceite de oliva y agregamos el tocino en trozos pequeños cuando esté un poco dorado agregamos las setas, salpimentamos y dejamos que se haga 10 minutos. Agregamos el perejil picado finamente (yo no tenía perejil y le puse yerbabuena tambien quedó bien)
- Ya que está listo vamos a rellenar las pechugas con esta mezcla, reservamos
- Aplanamos un rectángulo de la masa de hojaldre y la extendemos bien de forma que en ella se pueda enrrollar la pechuga que tenemos ya rellena. Enrollamos la pechuga y cerramos muy bien, se hace lo mismo con la otra pechuga que previamente debemos de rellenar con las setas
- En un tazoncito se bate el huevo y con la ayuda de una brocha se baña a los hojaldres y se meten al horno, estarán listos de 30 a 40 minutos
- En una cacerola ponemos el vino y dos cucharadas de la mostaza a fuego medio hasta que se reduzca y libere todo el alcohol (OJO: si no esperas a que se reduzca cuando agregues la crema se te cortaré y habrá que volverlo a hacer)
- Cuando esté reducida agregamos la crema de leche y removemos. Cuando los rollos estén listos se sacan., se cortan los extremos y por mitad. Se sirven con una cucharada de la salsa de mostaza.
