- Cortamos los champiñones en láminas gruesas y se adicionan al arroz. Continuamos agregando el caldo poco a poco, hasta que veamos que el arroz esté blando.
- Una vez logremos la consistencia deseada, adicionamos el queso y mezclamos bien hasta que se derrita y la consistencia del arroz esté cremosa. Agregamos los espárragos en trozos y podemos decorar con las puntas.
