  19. 2 tazas Champiñones rebanados y cocidos con poquita sal
  20. 1 pimiento morrón cortado en tiritas
  21. 1 taza granos de elote cocidos
  22. 1 calabaza cortada en palitos
  23. 500 gramos queso oaxaca
  24. Para cuando salga del horno
  25. al gusto Cilantro fresco picado
  26. al gusto Catsup
  27. al gusto Tu aderezo preferido

  1. PARA LA MASA:
    Formamos un volcán con la harina y al centro de la fuente agregamos el agua, la levadura y el azúcar. Estos tres ingredientes los mezclamos al centro con una cuchara y dejamos reposar 10 min.
    Pasado el tiempo agregas el resto de los ingredientes y amasas, hasta obtener una masa no pegajosa y con cuerpo. Ahora déjala reposar en un bowl tapado con plástico por 30 min.
    (También puedes prepararla 1 día antes y dejarla en el bowl tapado en el refri, la sacas 30 min antes de usarla).
  2. PARA LA SALSA DE FONDO:
    Licúa el jitomate cocido, las especias y la sal con un chorrito de agua.
    Cuando este licuado añade la cátsup, mezcla y reserva.
  3. PARA EL ATÚN GUISADO:
    Sofríe con un poco de aceite el ajo y cebolla, después añade el jitomate y el atún deja cocinar 5 min y retira del fuego. RESERVA.
  4. La masa que hicimos alcanza para 2 pizzas grandes, así que la dividimos en dos, estiramos y colocamos en las charolas, pícala con un tenedor por muchos lados para que no esponje.
    Encima de la masa colocamos, salsa de fondo sobre toda la masa.
    Esparcimos los champiñones, el atún que guisamos, las verduras y al final el queso.
  5. Llevamos al horno 35 min 180°C.
    Sacamos, esparcimos cilantro fresco picado, sobre toda la pizza partimos en rebanadas y servimos.
  6. Añade tus salsas y aderezos preferidos.
