  2. Para hacer nuestra crema de champiñones, en un sartén ponemos mantequilla, ya que esté caliente echamos una cucharada de ajo picado (aprox 2 dientes de ajo) después partimos nuestra cebolla en julianas y la vertemos a la cazuela

Una vez que nuestro ajo y cebolla estén caramelizadas, vertemos 300 gramos de nuestros champiñones esperamos 5 minutos y comenzamos a verter la leche, crema y leche evaporada, esperamos a que esté hirviendo y lo ponemos en la licuadora (ten cuidado que aún sigue caliente) en la cazuela vamos a poner los otros 200 gramos de champiñones y después vamos a agregar nuestro líquido de la licuadora.
  4. Una vez listo sacamos nuestro pollo del horno y le vertemos nuestra crema de champiñones, lo regresamos al horno por 10
