Ponemos la tapa con el cubilete encima pero sin encajar para que salga el vapor y programamos 13 minutos, velocidad 1, temperatura de 100º y potencia 7.
  6. A falta de 2 minutos de que termine el tiempo, quitamos el cubilete y añadimos por el agujero un chorrito de aceite y los 30 gramos de queso.
  7. Cuando termine el tiempo programado dejamos que repose 2/3 minutos en el vaso y, después, lo servimos inmediatamente.
