  5. Mezclar un poco, agregar el orégano, sal, pimienta y mezclar, agregar entonces un buen chorro de vino blanco y dejar que se evapore el alcohol, poner un poco de agua y tapar la cazuela, cocer a fuego medio-bajo durante al menos 30 minutos (dependiendo del tamaño de las piezas de pollo).
  6. El agua reducirá y se hará una salsita espesita y muy sabrosa, yo suelo acompañar esta receta con arroz de fideos que me encanta pero con unas patatas también estaría deliciosa.
