- Al gusto sal
- Al gusto orégano
- 6 champiñones
- 3 lonjas jamón de pavo
- 1 limón

- Lavar el atún. Lo partí en 2 para facilitar el enrollado.

- Sobre papel aluminio, Colocar una lonja de jamón y poner el Atún encima.

- Añadir los condimentos y colocar una rodaja de limón encima.

- Cerrar el rollo. Usé palitos para que no se abra (coloqué la foto ya cocido para que vean cómo queda el palito). Opcional dejar marinar unos minutos.

- Lavar los champiñones y colocarlos en un molde (si no tienen pueden usar una bandeja de hornear). Condimentar los champiñones con sal y orégano.

- La lonja de jamón restante cortarla en cuadritos pequeños.

- Poner el jamón picado en papel aluminio.

- Poner todo sobre la bandeja del horno. Hornear por 20 minutos a 250 grados (calentar previamente el horno).

- A los 10 minutos retirar el jamón. Ya debería estar dorado. Ese jamón al quedar crocante lo pondré por encima de los champiñones para variar su textura.

- Finalizado los 10 minutos restantes, apagar el horno y remover la bandeja. Listo 💁♀️
