- 2 medallones ternera
- 1 cebolla
- 150 g champiñones portobello
- 200 ml vino tinto
- 30 ml caldo de carne

Ponemos una sartén al fuego con un chorrito de aceite y cuando esté caliente echamos la carne y la hacemos dos minutos a fuego medio-alto por cada lado, retiramos y colocamos en un plato cubierto con papel de cocina para que absorba el exceso de aceite.



- Echamos la cebolla junto con un poquito de sal y el ajo en polvo en el mismo aceite donde hemos hecho la carne y dejamos pochar a fuego medio unos 10 minutos, hasta que coja un tono dorado. Agregamos los champiñones y los salteamos 5 minutos. Vertemos el vino tinto y cocinamos a fuego alto un par de minutos para que se evapore el alcohol.



- Agregamos el caldo de carne y el tomillo, removemos y dejamos cocinar a fuego medio-lento unos 20 minutos.


- Diluimos la maicena en 4 cucharaditas de agua y la agregamos a la sartén, dejamos al fuego 10 minutos, removiendo, para que espese la salsa. Añadimos la carne que teníamos reservada y cocinamos 5 minutos por cada lado a fuego medio.
