  6. Cocer los huevos de codorniz por 3 minutos solamente, enfriarlos completamente de inmediato y bajo el chorro de agua pelarlos cuidadosamente.
  7. Transferir la pasta calientota a la fuente o emplatar sobreponiendo el cerdo cremoso y adornar con los huevos de codorniz partidos a la mitad. Servir de inmediato.
