  7. Introducir los cogollos de brócoli en una olla con agua hieviendo y un poco de sal y tapar.
    Apagaremos el fuego para que se hagan al vapor.
  8. Cuando los champiñones estén en su punto, los sacaremos del horno y será la hora de montar el plato usando todos los ingredientes.
  9. Cortar unas hojas de lechuga a modo de cama para los champiñones en unos platos hondos y salpimentar un poco.
  10. Preparar una vinagreta mezclando y removiendo con una cuchara el yogur, la mostaza, el zumo de 1/2 limón, sal, pimienta y a proporciones iguales, la mostaza y la miel.
  11. Colocar los champiñones sobre la cama de lechuga y combinar el brócoli, los pimientos y las aceitunas al gusto.
  12. Añadir por encima la vinagreta y a disfrutar.
